Individual Change and Intervention sessions

In these one to one sessions, we explore new ideas and concepts, practice some techniques, and find the most effective ways to reduce your level of suffering.

Reductions in anxiety, stress, feelings of depression and old physical or emotional pain. All of these positive effects, in significantly less than 6 sessions, without any form of disclosure or talking about traumatic events.

  • The services are not therapy, medical or coaching, as such. They are simpler and more realistic for today’s issues and challenges and more importantly, they are highly effective.

This means increased confidence, relaxation and contentment, and the best part is, you do not have to share your story. You do not have to disclose anything personal, or talk about your suffering in any detail. Unless you want to.

Book a free, 15 minute consultation, and then, if you are comfortable, we book another 60 minute, one to one session.

We are open Monday to Friday, 10.00 until 16.00. Closed for Lunch 12.00 – 13.00. All services are by appointment only, please contact us anyway you choose.

We also have weekend appointments available on request.

Finding Balance in an imbalanced world

With thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund, every Thursday at 2pm. Join us for online coffee mornings and afternoon teas. The aim is to fill you up with warmth, friendship, and connection.

Come and choose from a variety of tasty teas, and conversational coffees, sent out to you in the post, and join us for daily drop in’s to share the joy!

It is fun to explore topical conversations that matter, tips and tricks to stay connected and well, relaxations, and nourishing themes and activities for our future.

Thursday afternoon at 2pm we host online ‘Afternoon Tea’, for men and women, with a particular focus on self help tips and personal leadership, grounding and mindfulness technique’s and enhanced communication skills.

You will leave with new insight, new ideas and colourful connections. What more could you ask for? 😊
